Most SaaS partner programs look the same on paper: 20% for the first month, a link in your email signature, and zero clients six months later. Easylim's is built differently — commissions are recurring, paid as long as the client pays, and they scale from 20% on Bronze to 40% on Gold. Below: how the program actually works under the hood, what working partners earn in real numbers, the difference between affiliate and reseller, and when this isn't the right format for you.

How the commission model works — Bronze 20%, Silver 30%, Gold 40%

Every new partner starts on Bronze — 20% of every client payment, with no time cap. If a client buys the Pro plan at $49/mo and stays for 18 months, you receive $9.80 every month, 18 times, without any extra action on your part.

When the combined MRR of your active clients crosses $500, your rate automatically moves to Silver — 30%. This doesn't require rewriting a contract, filling a new form, or hopping on a sales call. The recalculation runs in the next billing cycle across all active clients, not just new ones.

Gold — 40% — kicks in at $2,500 MRR. That's roughly 50 active clients on Pro or 25 on Business. For agencies that roll Easylim out to their own clients, that's reachable in 6–9 months. For independent content creators on YouTube or newsletters, more like 12–18 months — still very real, not mythical.

Bronze 20%, Silver 30%, Gold 40% — thresholds are automatic, recalculated retroactively across all clients.

The partner dashboard — what you see, when money actually arrives

Inside your partner cabinet you see three core metrics: how many referrals you've brought (all of them, not only paying ones), year-to-date earnings and amount currently pending payout. Pending = the client has already paid but your payout hasn't run yet on the calendar (payouts go out monthly, by the 10th).

Each referral has a concrete funnel view: click date → signup date → first payment date → current plan → months paying → your commission across the whole period. If a client downgrades from Pro to Personal, nobody asks your permission, but you see the delta immediately on the "Active clients" tab.

Payouts go out via international payment methods (USD, EUR, UAH — we pick the channel that fits your country). Low minimum payout. If a month falls short, it rolls forward — it doesn't "expire". No additional fees on our side.

One referral end to end — from click to first payout

Picture this: you run a productivity newsletter with 8,000 subscribers. In a piece about task managers you drop easylim.com/?ref=anna-2026. Cookie attribution lasts 120 days: if someone clicks today and signs up four months later, they're still attributed to you.

The user signs up, runs onboarding, tries the product free for 14 days. On day 12 they decide to stay on Pro at $49/mo. At that moment your partner dashboard updates: a new client appears under "Active", expected commission $14.70/mo on Bronze, $19.60 on Silver.

First payment: May 13. Your pending commission = $14.70. June 10 it flips to paid and ships to your chosen payout method. Then monthly, as long as the client doesn't churn. If the client upgrades to Business ($99/mo), the commission automatically recalculates to $29.70/mo.

When the partner program isn't for you — and what to pick instead

The affiliate program doesn't fit if you want to control billing and sell directly to the client. Affiliate model = Easylim is the direct contract party with your client, you take a commission but can't offer discounts or special terms on your own authority. If you need that control, look at the Reseller MSA partnership instead, where you invoice clients yourself at 50%+ markup.

Affiliate is also wrong if your audience doesn't overlap with Easylim's ICP — we're built for knowledge-work teams: product, marketing, support, ops, IT agencies, freelancers, SMBs. If your channel is about crypto trading or e-commerce dropshipping, your conversion will be low no matter how well you write.
