1 Your account
When using the Service, you are responsible for:
1.1 Accurate information
Providing accurate information when creating your Easylim account.
1.2 Account security
Securing passwords and all actions occurring in your account.
1.3 Security notifications
Immediately notifying Easylim if you become aware of a security breach or unauthorized use of your account.
1.4 Proper permissions
You may not use another user's account without permission.
1.5 Usage restrictions
You may not disassemble, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Service or attempt to assist others in doing so, unless such restrictions are prohibited by law.
1.6 Human registration
Your account must be registered by a human. Registration via bots or automated methods is not allowed.
1.7 Age restrictions
By registering for an Easylim account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
1.8 Authorized use
You may not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including copyright laws.
1.9 Payments
If you have a paid account, you must pay all required fees when due, including additional fees for add-ons, user roles, guest types, limited participants, or exceeding limits. If you pay by credit card or another electronic method, you authorize us to charge these fees using your selected payment method.
1.10 Taxes
You are responsible for all taxes (except taxes on our net income), and we will collect taxes if required by law. If you have tax exemptions, you must provide proof at the time of purchase.
1.11 Purchase orders
If you use a purchase order, you must provide its number at the time of purchase. Any terms of the order will not apply and are invalid.
1.12 Auto-renewal
By default, customer accounts auto-renew. We may automatically charge for renewal on or after your renewal date unless you cancel the service.
1.13 Fee changes
We may change Service fees from time to time and will notify you by email at least 30 days before your Service renewal date.
1.14 Satisfaction guarantee
Easylim offers first-time buyers (or purchasers of new products) a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied — simply contact us through the website form.
2 Use of the Service
- Do not modify, adapt, or alter the Service to falsely imply association with Easylim.
- Do not access our private API by any means other than those explicitly allowed by us.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or its connected servers and networks.
- Do not copy, reproduce, publish, upload, transmit, modify, display, reverse-engineer, sell, or otherwise exploit the Content, Services, or software except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
Violation of these Terms may result in termination of your account. We may involve law enforcement to investigate violations.
3 General terms
- We may suspend or terminate your account or cease providing all or part of the services at any time without liability to you.
- Upon termination, all access rights, licenses, and other rights granted under these Terms immediately cease.
- We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify these Terms and/or the services from time to time.
4 Rights
Definitions. For the purposes of these Terms: (i) "Content" means any data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, photographs, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, copyrights, apps, links, created tasks, and related information; (ii) "User Content" means any Content that account holders (including you) provide for access through the Services.
5 Software
As part of the Service, we may provide downloadable software ("Software") for your use in connection with the Service. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software to access the Service.
6 Feedback
If you submit content, ideas, suggestions, or other materials, you grant Easylim free, irrevocable, and transferable rights to use these materials in any way.
7 Publicity
By using the Services, you consent to the use of your company name, logos, and other marks to identify you as a client on our website.
8 Copyright infringement (DMCA)
We respond to copyright infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). If you believe your copyright has been infringed, send us a notice containing:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- A description of the work you claim is infringed.
- A description of the location of the allegedly infringing material on our site.
- Your address, phone number, and email.
- A statement of your good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
We reserve the right to remove infringing content without notice at our discretion. We may also terminate the account of a repeat infringer.
9 Disclaimer of warranties
The Service, including our content, is provided "as is," "as available," and "with all faults." To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor our employees, managers, officers, contractors, suppliers, licensors, or agents make any warranties regarding: (a) the Service; (b) our content; (c) user content; or (d) the security of information transmission.
10 Access restrictions
Any attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the Service — including manipulation or technical interference with Easylim sites and services — violates our policy and may be a criminal or civil law violation.
11 Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any losses or damages of any kind (including direct, indirect, economic, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential losses or damages) arising directly or indirectly from (a) the Service; (b) our content; (c) user content; or (d) your use of the Service, inability to use it, or its performance.
12 Indemnification
You (and any third party for whom you manage an account) agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Easylim from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from:
- your content or access to the Service;
- your actual or alleged violation of these Terms;
- your violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity.
13 Time limitation for claims
Any claim arising from these Terms or your relationship with Easylim must be filed within one year of the claim's occurrence; otherwise, your claim is permanently barred.
14 Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. For disputes related to these Terms, you agree to resolve disputes exclusively in the courts of Ukraine.
15 Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Waiver of any right does not constitute waiver of any other right.
16 Entire agreement
These Terms are the full and exclusive statement of understanding between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and other understandings regarding these matters.
17 Territorial restrictions
The Services and information provided through them are not intended for distribution or use by any person or organization in any country or jurisdiction where such distribution or use would violate law or regulation.
18 Third-party integrations (Google)
The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Google Workspace (Google Calendar). Your use of these integrations is also governed by the respective third party's terms: Google Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy.
18.1 Account responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining your accounts with these third parties and for any actions taken under those accounts.
18.2 Authorization
You authorize Easylim to access your Google account data only to the extent of the OAuth scopes you grant during connection.
18.3 Third-party services
We are not responsible for changes, downtime, modification, or discontinuation of third-party services, or for any data loss caused by them.
18.4 Revoking access
You may revoke Easylim's access to your Google account at any time in Easylim's Integrations settings or directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation does not affect actions performed prior to revocation.
18.5 Google data handling
Easylim's handling of data received from Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy under "Google user data and API services" and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
